We recently got married here and I cannot even begin to put into words how amazing everything was from start to finish. The food (DELICIOUS BBQ), the grounds (acres of beauty and so much to explore), the bridal cabin (every bride’s dream)...EVERYTHING was almost too good to be true. Bruce and Lynda have thought of every little detail to help make your big day absolutely perfect. The property is BEAUTIFUL - our guests could not stop talking about it. In the weeks following, we have been constantly told that it was one of the best weddings they have ever been to. Bruce was such a pleasure to work with and went above and beyond to make sure our vision came to life. If you choose, The Barn has the capabilities of providing pretty much anything and everything you could possibly need like tables, chairs, center pieces and SO much more. It was such a relief to be able to get everything in one place and not having to worry about outside vendors for anything. It was truly a perfect day and no amount of thanks or words will ever justify how incredible everything was.

Bruce and Lynda are amazing and so caring! When you visit The Barn at Woodlake Meadows the amount of thoughtfulness that went into providing for the million little details of your wedding day is evident. They have thought about everything for you, your family, and even your fur baby. They are fully equipped to making your wedding dreams come true.

Let’s begin with ceremony - gorgeous view of the lake and chapel with a beautiful arch for you to decorate with flowers. During cocktail hour guests can play putt-putt, sit by the firepit, take pictures by the muscadine vines, visit the cows, ponies, goats, chickens, sheep, donkeys, and alpaca. They have two bars with a huge cooler for you to bring in your alcohol as well as a kegerator available. The reception room in the barn is astounding. The lighting in the barn is perfect for pictures. The wooden tables and chairs are all handmade. The lantern centerpieces made the atmosphere feel homey. Upstairs from the reception area are also lounge chairs and an extra bar for guests to take a break from dancing. The food is delicious and is presented buffet-style on a cool looking farm truck inside the reception room. The sound system was amazing.

I could name a million more things about how great The Barn is. Thank you for the unforgettable wedding!

From our very first visit The Barn felt like home.  Every interaction we had with the staff was marked by warmth and professionalism, and we felt so cared for by Bruce and Lynda throughout the planning process.  Over the weekend of our wedding they and Tim (who is seriously so awesome!) treated us like their own family and went out of their way to make everything perfect, even preparing a special surprise for us at the end.  All of our guests were in awe of the venue, praising everything from the delicious food to the rustic decorations, the delightful farm animals, the carefully thought out setup, and the natural beauty of the spacious grounds.  Every detail of the day came through better than we could have possibly imagined and we couldn't be more thrilled to have had the privilege of celebrating here.

I can't rave enough about this venue! From the moment we stepped on the property, we knew this was the place we had to get married. Bruce was so kind to us when we first met, giving us a tour of the property... Everything around the property was beautifully maintained and cleaned. The barn is jaw dropping; it is decorated with beautiful lights everywhere, wooden tables, and pretty much everything else you need for a perfect southern wedding. Bruce was patient with us at every visit and phone call and did everything he could to make our day perfect. This venue is the most reasonably priced we found in the Raleigh area; and allowed for you to stay all weekend long. This made set-up on Friday a breeze and allowed us to enjoy our rehearsal dinner in the same space. AND THE FOOD! OMG. The food is phenomenal down home cooking. Our guests raved so much about the southern comfort food. The Barn's catering prices are also very reasonable. Bruce has got you covered from chairs to linens to table decor. He's really mastered a beautiful "one-stop-shop" for a wedding venue. Throughout the entire reception, Bruce and his team were there for every need. I couldn't imagine getting married elsewhere. This was the perfect venue for my fairytale wedding.

From the moment we pulled into The Barn at Woodlake Meadows we knew it was where we would say 'I Do'. We immediately fell in love with not only the picturesque venue, but also with the people. The property is more charming than I ever imagined, with the ceremony site being so incredibly romantic in its simplicity and the stunning barn being the perfect mixture of rustic and refined. There were a variety of options for our guests with dozens of animals to see and scenic strolls for them to enjoy as well. From helping us choose our other vendors to fully catering both a Welcome BBQ and the reception, Bruce, Lynda, and their entire team were there for us whenever we needed them, making us and all of our guests feel like welcome family.
